3. Client Responsibilities    

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and timely information about their systems and needs.
  • Ensure that data is backed up before any service is performed.
  • Grant necessary access to systems and premises, either remotely or in person.
  • Use software and hardware in accordance with licensing and compliance laws. 

4. Fees and Payments    

  • All services are quoted upfront when possible.
  • Hourly or fixed rates apply depending on service type.
  • Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee if an on-site visit was scheduled. 

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

7. Remote Access 

For support efficiency, we may request secure remote access to your systems. Access is temporary, recorded, and only used for the purposes of providing service. 

8. Warranties and Limitations

  • Services are provided "as-is" unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business disruption.
  • Any third-party tools or AI services integrated are subject to their own terms and reliability.

9. Termination of Services  

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of:

  • Abuse, harassment, or unsafe conditions
  • Non-payment or breach of agreed terms
  • Requests that involve illegal or unethical practices
